Add a feature on giveaway moderation page for moderators to not only disqualify the one entry but to ban the reviewer from entering the daily giveaway

This would namely be for cases where the reviewer did something dishonest, such as plagiarizing other people's comments about a book.

When this tool is used, let's also automatically ban the reviewer from the Review Team too, if they are a reviewer.
