Add a multiple-choice response option in after a reviewer clicks "I made a mistake" on a PRQ Dispute

The responses can be:
(1) I did not read every page of the book.
(2) I was skim reading.
(3) I did
not
read the Guidelines & Basics tab before reading the book, and thus I was not aware that I had to keep notes of the profanity and sexual content.(4) I knew I was required to keep notes while reading of the profanity and sexual content, but I chose not to.
(5) I clicked the "I made a mistake" button by mistake. My PRQ
is
actually accurate. One reason to collect this data is so that reviewers can use the excuse #3 to avoid getting banned for skim reading, but only once. Needless to say, once the reviewer has used response #3 above once, they cannot truthfully use it again.

Hi Scott, thanks for this brilliant idea. Once it is implemented, could this be applied to old books that have inaccurate PRQs that we responded already?

I believe Kirsi's added option is very important.
Also, sometimes for books with just one or two profanities throughout the book, these profanities can be missed even if the the reviewer didn't skim read the book. I think the reviewer should have the chance to explain this. Perhaps, there should be a space where the reviewer can write a comment to explain the situation.

Hi Scott Hughes,
This is a great idea, but I think you could add one more option. I have noticed that sometimes reviewers try their best to keep notes, but they still give false answers, and that is because they seem to have a different understanding of what is counted as profanity. Here's a suggestion:
6) I kept notes while reading of the profanity and sexual content, but I have at least partially falsely understood the sexuality levels and/or what counts as profanity. Explain in detail [Free space:]
