I have noticed a lot more orders (both editorial and volunteer) that are taking a lot more time to complete than typical. I am not sure if this is because the order gets lost in the system, and is not being presented to reviewers to choose, but it is causing client dissatisfaction a lot.
I suggest a way to 'bump' the order up and make it visible to reviewers to choose so it can be completed fully in a timely manner.
Specifically, this would be for orders that have already been expedited and are past the completion date, or orders that are complementary and do not have an expedition option

This already exists. There is an "expedite" button on the Author Dashboard.

Scott Hughes My apologies, I should have been more clear. I meant on orders that have already been expedited, OR on complimentary re-reviews (since expedition is no longer allowed). However, now that complimentary re-reviews are no longer an option for staff, we could possibly explore this for orders that have already been expedited and are long past the completion date set.
