Currently, if a user has their daily giveaway entry disqualified, they can appeal it to the moderator who disqualified it for a recheck, but then if the moderator refuses to reverse the disqualification, the user has no other recourse.

So I suggest the user be able to then send issue an "admin recheck" if they still believe the moderator made a mistake.

On the admin recheck dashboard shown to the admin, I suggest they be able to issue an official board warning to the moderator if the disqualification was indeed invalid.

I also suggest the number of admin rechecks be limited for each user to 3. However, cases where the admin decides in favor of the entrant and against the moderator shall not count against that lifetime limit of three admin rechecks.
