Currently, the site does not show why/how a review is cancelled.

It would be helpful if there was a 'paper trail' so admins know exactly what happened. For example, add a "via an error report" then add the link to view the conversation in that error report, and "via the update tab" with the link to the reason the reviewer wanted to cancel the review. In addition, if a review is cancelled by the site due to not enough gift codes being available, that would be helpful to know as well.

This will help admins assist reviewers, and also know the history of the review status for that review.
