Allow a way for a 'republished' flagged review to be reversed and rejected

On occasion, I have come across a flagged review that was republished when it should have been rejected because the moderator was not fully aware of the situation, or misunderstood the message in the flag. I think adding a way for admins to reverse this would help client support and satisfaction.

Unfortunately, this update did not put a backend to fix in case of a mistake, as well. When such reviews are first flagged and the reviewer is then awarded the win, the system does not update it sometimes and then this reflag and unpublish returns it back to square one. Then after that, the support are unable to unflag and unreject the review anymore. This issue happened to me and was never able to get fixed till date even though I had clear video proof.

Also, the editors can reject someone's review over a difference in opinion of what is considered profanity. Something considered 'foolish' and racial slurs that aren't slurs but words.
