Currently, reviewers who were removed from a level 6 for inactivity are getting quite frustrated that they need to do so much work to get back to a level 6. Not to mention their payments for the editing work they did is being held until they get back to a level 6.

I recommend implementing a special option for admins only, to reinstate a reviewer back to a level 6 if they meet certain criteria.

I believe Scott may know best what this criteria needs to be, perhaps having no open disputes, etc. But, I believe it would help greatly reduce the level of frustration we have been seeing due to this issue.
