Admins are almost never friendly or helpful! The only ever give generic responses that don’t even solve the problem. My suggestion is for admins/moderators to receive some sort of training and more information that allows them to give helpful responses instead of generic and borderline inattentive responses.

This suggestion was already implemented before being suggested.
All admins and staff do get training before being hired.
If any staff is ever unfriendly, then please report that staff member by name via the proper channels (namely the contact form on the website), and then that staff member will be warned for fired.
Similarly, on editor scorecards (the primary way staff interact with members), there is a "report as rude" button, and three warnings for being rude via that button results in an automatic ban from Level 6.
