Re-word AI/Plagiarism "Bans" to "Temporary Suspension"

A reviewer is typically immediately "banned" even if one editor marks on review as plagiarized or made with AI, but if the reviewer is actually innocent (i.e. didn't commit plagiarism and didn't use AI) the reviewer can easily appeal that to get the scorecard changed and get themselves reinstated. This is the best process because marking the reviewer as "banned" prevents them from getting any payments or reviewing any books while the matter is resolved, and gives innocent reviewers proper incentive to fully appeal their decision (so that we can make the editor aware of their huge mistake so the editor doesn't make it again).
With all that said, the wording "banned" comes across as overly serious and permanent to the reviewer, especially if the reviewer is innocent.
So instead I suggest in these cases (where the "ban" is actually based solely on one marking by one editor, an editor who may happen to be very new and in training), we have it worded to the reviewer that they are "Temporarily suspended from accessing the Review Team due to a pending dispute" with the details saying, "A fellow reviewer in our peer review system has marked your review as plagiarized and/or made with AI. We typically refer to these fellow reviewers as "editors" but keep in mind they are just other reviewers on the Review Team like you, and are humans like you, and humans do make mistakes. If you did not commit plagiarism, and you did not use AI at all to help you write the review, please simply request a recheck on the editor scorecard. Even if the original editor refuses to change their marking, you will then be able to easily have it escalated to a third-party admin for the admin to check your reviews and determination. We follow a system of 'innocent until proven guilty', so unless the editor can demonstrate it is certain beyond a reasonable doubt that you used AI and/or plagiarism to write or review, or otherwise didn't fully read the book, then the suspension will be lifted and you will be reinstated fully to the Review Team. In other words, if you are innocent, don't worry; this is just part of our sophisticated system to protect honest reviewers like you from scammers who would otherwise steal from the system (i..e steal from you and from the other honest reviewers)."
