Require 2FA via a code sent via SMS message for logins from USA, Canada, and any other country for which we are only charged $0.01 (or less) per SMS message.

What if people don't want to use a 2FA code? I use a computer instead of my phone to log in on OBC. My phone is older and I only use it for phone calls and rarely for texts- not anything online. Would this become an issue in future?
